ACell Vet Corneal Discs provide a cost effective and convenient treatment option for corneal ulcer cases. Each ACell Vet Corneal Disc is individually packaged sterile. Conveniently sized at 15mm, the discs have an integral marker tab to help ensure the material is placed correctly. The discs may be secured using your preferred method; suturing directly to the cornea, with tack sutures to the bulbar conjunctiva, via tarsorrhaphy, or nictitating membrane flap. Once hydrated and secured, the ACell Vet Corneal Disc is quickly incorporated with the native tissue to support constructive remodeling of the affected area by host derived cells. |
