A Leader in Human Regenerative Medicine

ACell, Inc. is a private company focused exclusively on the field of regenerative medicine. The company was established in 2002 and is based in Columbia, MD. ACell is a leader in human regenerative medicine, and its ACell Vet, Inc. subsidiary offers a complete line of veterinary regenerative medicine products. The company’s cGMP manufacturing facility is in Lafayette, IN.

Multiple Patents

ACell holds multiple US and international patents for its proprietary UBM (Urinary Bladder Matrix) ECM (extracellular matrix) technology. ACell’s advanced bio-scaffold devices consist of an intact epithelial basement membrane and naturally derived bioactive molecules, growth factors, peptides, and multiple collagen types known to assist the body in the regeneration of new tissues.

ACell’s proprietary technology can be used in a broad range of regenerative medicine applications.
